Dehydrated Baby Lima Beans case contains 6 #10 cans, with each case containing 300-1/2 cup servings of tasty lima beans. Use these lima beans in your casseroles, soups, and dips.

Instructions:
To soak overnight, cover each cup of beans with 3 cups of water and let stand 12 hours. For quicker results add beans to boiling water, boil 2 minutes and let stand for 1 hour. In cooking use same water. Cover and simmer slowly in water until beans are tender, about 2 hours. Add more water if necessary. Season to taste.

All cans are sealed airtight and include an oxygen absorber for optimal storage life and freshness. Dehydrated lima beans may be stored in original sealed, oxygen-free cans for up to 10 years.
