Dehydrated Small Red Chili Beans case contains 6 #10 cans, with each case containing 312-1/2 cup (cooked & drained) servings of tasty beans. Use these chili beans to make chili, casseroles, soups, and dips.

Instructions:
To soak overnight, cover each cup of beans with 3 cups of water and let stand for 12 hours. For quicker results, add dry beans to boiling water, boil 2 minutes and let stand for 1 hour. In cooking, use same water, cover and simmer slowly in water until beans are tender, about 2 hours. Add more water if necessary. Season to taste.

All cans are sealed airtight and include an oxygen absorber for optimal storage life and freshness. Dehydrated Chili Beans may be stored in original sealed, oxygen-free cans for up to 10 years.
