Dehydrated Mixed Red & Green Peppers case contains 6 #10 cans, with each case containing 288-1/4 cup servings of tasty peppers. These peppers are great in fajitas, stir fry, salads and soups.

Instructions:
To reconstitute peppers, cover small amount with water, and let stand until softened. May add to dry soups, fajitas, stir fry, salads, casseroles and other recipes.

Ingredients:
Dehydrated mix of sweet red bell peppers and green bell peppers.

All cans are sealed airtight and include an oxygen absorber for optimal storage life and freshness. Dehydrated red and green peppers may be stored in original sealed, oxygen-free cans for up to 10 years.
